What you can do here

See your upcoming and past appointments. Read your allergies, medicines and conditions. Open the results, letters and forms your practices have shared. Ask for a repeat of a medicine you take. Check the details they hold about you, and ask them to correct anything that is wrong.

If more than one practice has connected you, everything appears in one record with each entry labelled by the clinic it came from. Your practices hold the full version and can give you a copy if you ask.

You need an invitation first

Your practice starts this, not you. They send an invitation to the email address they have for you. If you are expecting one and it has not arrived, contact them.

To book a visit or change an appointment, use the link your practice sent you, or call them.
